Reclaim Your Joy
About this Group Program
Let Mindfulness Change Your Life
You're tired of:
-
Anxiety keeping you up at night, tossing and turning as you worry about work, finances, family and the future
-
Struggling to balance your wellbeing, personal life, family and career, and feeling guilty that you can't do everything
-
Feeling overwhelmed at work with the never ending to-do list, worrying about how you'll ever get it all done
You're ready to:
-
Be able to calm down whenever you're feeling anxious - at work when your boss starts telling you about all the extra work coming your way, when you're having a misunderstanding with your partner, or when you start worrying about the future
-
Sleep so well that you’re energized for the things you enjoy – your relationships, work and passions
-
Focus on work when you're at work, and then turn OFF your brain when you're done, so you can focus on enjoying time with your friends and family
