Programs

One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions provide a supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We work together to identify areas of their lives that may be contributing to your pain, stress, or anxiety, and help you develop strategies to overcome these challenges.

Workshops

Workshops offer a collaborative learning environment where you can gain new skills and insights into managing your pain, stress, or anxiety. Workshop topics range from emotional empowerment, communication, stress management, pain relief and much more.

Group Courses

Group courses span over several weeks, allowing you time to integrate the skills and tools into your life for lasting change. Additional benefits are the community aspect of connecting to others who are going through similar experiences, and learning from each other in a supportive, fun environment. The programs are interactive and engaging, and provide practical tools and techniques to manage your pain, stress, or anxiety. 

Corporate Programs

Corporate programs are tailored to meet our your business needs. Possbile topics include emotional intelligence, mindfulness, resilience and mental agility. We have a variety of programs with varying lengths.
