Programs

One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We work together to identify areas of their lives that may be contributing to your pain, stress, or anxiety, and help you develop strategies to overcome these challenges.

Workshops

Workshops offer a collaborative learning environment where you can gain new skills and insights into managing your pain, stress, or anxiety. Workshop topics range from mindfulness and emotional regulation to stress management and pain education.

Group Programs

Group programs provide a supportive community where you can connect with others who are going through similar experiences. Programs are designed to be interactive and engaging, and provide practical tools and techniques to manage your pain, stress, or anxiety. Group programs typically span over several weeks to support behavior changes and integration of skills for maximum benefits.

Corporate Programs

Corporate programs are tailored to meet our your business needs. Possbile topics include emotional intelligence, mindfulness, resilience and mental agility. We have a variety of programs with varying lengths.
