Mindfulness coaching gives you space to pause, breathe, and find clarity in the middle of life’s challenges. Whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety or overthinking, or just wanting to feel more relaxed, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
Each session begins with a gentle check-in, so we can focus on what matters most to you right now. From there, I’ll guide you through practical mindfulness tools - like breathing exercises, guided reflection, movement, or grounding practices. This will help you be able to calm down and feel more in control of your mind and emotions
What makes this process different is that it’s not just talking about your challenges - you’ll learn simple techniques you can use right away. You'll leave each session with more clarity and practical tools to support you.

3-month Mindfulness Coaching Program
Feel calm, clear, and strong — no matter what life throws your way.
This program will help you reduce overthinking, release stress, and build the resilience to handle challenges with confidence. Through practical tools and guided support, you’ll learn how to feel calm, regulate your emotions, and shift from overthinking to clear action.
The result? More energy, more presence, and a stronger, more balanced version of yourself — at work and in life.
The program is designed to take 3 months, through 2 sessions a month, to maintain momentum and steady progress. This is a 1:1 program so we will also take into consideration what is best for you, and make adjustments as necessary.
You may choose to have sessions in-person in Kuala Lumpur or online sessions.

Meet Petrina
Petrina Eger is passionate about helping people overcome stress, anxiety, and chronic pain. Through her approach, clients learn practical tools to manage challenges, feel more calm and enjoy life more. She’s a certified mindfulness trainer, coach, and brainspotting therapist.
Previously, she worked as the Mindfulness Specialist and Lecturer at Taylor’s University, where she designed and led programs that impacted over 15,000 students and staff.
Petrina was an engineer in the US before transitioning into well-being work. She brings this science-based background into her coaching and trainings.
